Seminario Jatetxea is located in the Seminary Building of Derio, in a privileged environment, in the Txorierri Valley, next to the Zamudio Technology Park and the Ugaldeguren and Torrelarragoiti industrial estates. In addition, it is located very close to the airport and only 10 minutes from Bilbao by car.

Our facilities are spacious and accessible, with several paneled dining rooms, living-dining room with capacity up to 50 people, Vidrieras Meeting Room, with capacity for 300 people, and terrace on the outside of the building. This, in addition, has free parking for more than 500 vehicles.

Next to the restaurant we have the 3-star Hotel Seminario Bilbao, with 70 rooms and 2 suites, all exterior. At the back of the building, for sports lovers, we find the Derio Paddle Club, the Celles Golf School, where Jon Rahm started and a soccer field.
